I carried out Masterisation of Linux on behalf of the Ministry: in 2002 on the basis of RedHat 7.3, in 2006 on the basis of Suse SLES 9.0.

 

All specific or specialized packages (Apache, PHP, Tomcat, JDK, HAProxy, Keepalived,…) were realized by me and were assembled on the master with my team.

 

With IBM, all my team took part in the realization of a master Unix for AIX 5.3.

 

Among the packages carried out, one is particularly important for me, it is about the need for compression of Web applications on the network through a system of proxy carrying out compression and some cache functions. This solution is highly available and proved very effective.
